PSI has been working with Banks since the early 80’s.  Providing software to a number of Management Companies and large Self Managed Associations across the United States, we are experienced in adapting and interfacing with the different needs of Banks.  Now, with our Back Office Service, BOSS would like to establish a relationship with your Bank either by extending your services, or offering ready made interfaces to our Financial Application Services provided through the Internet.

An obvious area for co-operation is in regard to Lockboxes.  Here we have software that takes your output into our system for automatic updating of our Owners Receivables Accounts.  We could also work with you to give Owners Internet access to their Accounts and make payments directly (without the use of credit cards). 

An essential companion to the Lockbox is the issue of payment coupons.  We have worked with Southdata for many years, but can also print our own coupons or payment envelopes with either MICR or OCR coding. We can also produce Statements with machine readable stubs that can be processed in the same way as coupons.

We were probably the first software company to provide ACH collection to Community Associations in the 80’s.  We have worked with Banks to provide input into their services as well as submitting files in NACHA format for direct entry to the Automated Clearing House system.  

As an Application Service Provider (ASP) we offer Internet access to our programs, computer power and technical support.  We generally take responsibility for the preparation of the Financials and can undertake to do all or part of the other bookkeeping functions.

We could also provide options to your Clients beyond the scope of their normal accounting services - like dealing with collections; handling work orders and violations; utility billing, reserve management, and many more.

In providing this service BOSS could have direct contact with the Client, or, we could simply be part of your back office.
