PSI's software has been the Property Management Software of choice for many Management Companies and Self-Managed Associations over the last 27 years. Our many innovations include the use of the Internet for access into the system from remote sites. This technology has now reached the point where all our software and services can be delivered to Clients exclusively through the Internet. In addition our Property Management experiences of over 29 years combine both the experience and know how that assures you a back office support staff that understands your needs.
We call this new service Back Office Support Systems Inc. (BOSS) and we offer it as an integral part of your back office.
BOSS would be your Application Service Provider (ASP), maintaining the application software on powerful servers across the country, and providing technical support as needed. All you need is an Internet service, and you have access to the latest software, without the need for in-house IT support.
Various options of our participation are available:
1) At one extreme we could simply be the Application Service Provider (ASP) giving you access to the programs, computer power and technical support. Data entry and preparation of the Financials could be shared between you and your Clients.
2) At the other extreme we could take responsibility for a full bookkeeping and financial preparation service and you would merely approve and finalize the accounts prior to their monthly publication giving you round the clock access to all the data, and, the ability to produce any financial reports as needed, and,
3) Maybe the best solution lies somewhere in between.
In any case we would provide all the security and housekeeping of the computer system. We could also provide options beyond the scope of your normal accounting services - like dealing with collections; handling work orders, violations and other mailing requirements; offering owners the ability to look up and pay their dues on line; utility billing, reserve management, and providing assistance with your management needs while away from the office or on vacation.
